Very nice and helpful English speaking staff. I paid 120USD for 2 nights for the 'privilege' of spending time in my room with my wool hat, jacket and gloves on. I explained it's cold and the lady from reception turned my heating on. I left for a walk and came back an hour later to find the room was still freezing. The lady from reception came again and told me my bag must be blocking the temperature sensor so the heater is not warming the room. I moved the bag and sat for a while longer. The lady from reception did come up once more to ask how it was (I was sitting on the floor at this point as the room had underfloor heating). I explained it seems to be getting warmer. Another hour passed by and still the room was very cold I went down but the lady on reception was not there. I called the number and she explained she had gone for dinner (so noone on reception) and that there were no other rooms for me to move to anyway. So, freezing cold rooms. No elevator or lift to the private rooms upstairs (carry heavy luggage up), Only hand towels provided for drying with after showering (similar to very very cheap hostels elsewhere), and No tv in the room. No free water (as per my booking confirmation I was supposed to get water bottles each day). It was nice to be so close to a fun part of town. There are tons of places to go a short walk away-anything from tent bars and food stalls to more upscale restaurants. The common areas are very comfortable. The kitchen is on the roof and there is a pleasant seating area on the rooftop patio. Breakfast is the standard toast and eggs. It's great that it goes all the way until 11am. Both hosts speak good English and are super helpful. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was quite large. I would definitely stay again if visiting Busan again. ##### Rob ### 8/10 还可以 #### 真实旅客 2015 年 9 月 24 日 #### 屋上でのんびり過ごすには最適かも 釜山空港から電車で近く、地下鉄１、２号が重なる便利な西面（ソミョン）で安宿を探して決めました。 １件家を改装したホステルで、キッチンに行くには、何故か一旦３階の屋上経由になる不思議な作りをしてます。ドミ部屋は普通でしたが、ほぼ外出してるのと風呂は東菜温泉に行くので気になりませんでした。 ３階キッチン前にも屋上があるのですが、更にその上にも別の屋上があり、洗濯物を干したりできます。個人的に屋上好きなので、朝は朝日を浴びながら朝食（ホステルのパンとコーヒー）を食べ、夜は月と近くを走る電車を眺めながらのんびりしました。９月の気候が良い時期だったので快適でした。（夏冬はきびしいかもしれませんが、、） 受付の方も英語が話でき、設備も必要最低限そろっているし、おすすめです。 ##### 真实旅客 ### 10/10 超赞 #### Yong In，Seoul 2015 年 9 月 20 日 满意：清洁度、员工和服务、客房舒适度 #### 1st floor the best The location is 15 min walk from subway station.
