釜山旅行で2泊しました。チャガルチ駅から近く、チャガルチ市場やBIFF広場、南浦洞を徒歩で回れる便利な立地です。周辺には飲食店も多く、釜山駅へも地下鉄で移動しやすかったです。部屋にドラム式洗濯機があり、その後も旅行が続く私たちには特に助かりました。 到着時は、セルフチェックインに必要なパスポート写真の送付や確認のやり取りに少し手間取りました。部屋番号などの案内が届くまで状況が分からず、不安を感じたので、連絡がもう少し早いと安心できたと思います。 一方、チェックイン前の荷物は事務室で預かり、後で自分たちで取り出せるようにしてくれました。部屋に入れる時間まで身軽に観光でき、この対応はありがたかったです。立地と室内設備が使いやすく、釜山観光の拠点として満足しています。

사진과 같이 않아요. 청소상태도 불량하고, 방에 담배냄새가 정말 역했어요. 3인 예약인데 퀸사이즈 침대 주더라구요. 다시는 안갈것 같아요. 개인적으로 최악입니다.
