"It’s right in the tourist area of Jiu feng (9 份), which is in a mountain area. We were suggested not to bring large luggage as there were many stairs. Staffs were friendly. The breakfast was good. "

Short walk from bustop with beautiful view of hillside and sea. Breakfast provided were generous. Stayed 2N but no housekeeping during our stay. "

"Excellent overnight stay. Neat Japanese-style room, good WiFi, great little bathtub and shower. The Japanese breakfast included in room rate was superb. The location on the edge of Jioufen might be a problem if you find yourself carrying luggage up the steps from the bus stop, otherwise it’s nice and quiet. But it was tricky to find. We didn’t anticipate any problems as we weren’t given any specific instructions. Definitely something that could be improved upon."

"This is a very beautiful B&B. It is in a prime location. Very close to bus stop. Right in the heart of Juifen old street. Looks beautiful. Lot of tourist take pictures in front of this B&B. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved their stay here. They even gave us free breakfast for four. If I travel to Taiwan again will definitely go to Juifen and stay here again."

"This hotel is very small and cute. The location at the end of Jiufen Old Street is great. It rained while we were there and the hotel did feel humid and damp. Also, the bathroom is separated by a curtain, not a door. Just FYI in case you are staying with friends!"

"The Inn is charming located with a good view of the sea and mountain. The place is well kept and clean. Breakfast is simple and nice and dining area is cosy. Getting there is challenging because of uphill climb and steps. Better to travel light. The place is not manned after 8pm and arrangement needed for late check in. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"A little rough around the edges, but I had a good stay overall. Be aware there is no heat in the building, but a quality mattress heater is provided so I slept quite well, but… Was cold at all other times. If your clothes get wet in the Juifen rain, they won’t dry in the room on their own so use the hair dryer for some help 😉 The bed was comfortable, and the dehumidifier was much appreciated.
