The studio is attached to the owner’s home, but enjoys a private entrance, no shared spaces, and complete independence throughout your stay.

\- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

\- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.  
  
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.

No contact with host - all done through an agency. Beautiful studio, spotlessly clean. Marked studio - not location. It says 3 times in your description that the property is beach-side and has a view of the ocean and that was reason I booked it. So was very disappointed to find we were in the middle of a housing estate and the beach was 2k away and no view at all.
