Me and my partner stayed here for 10 days and it was great! The front reception staff were so lovely, every single time I went past them they were so kind, the rooms were spacious and clean with such a stunning view no matter where you are in the building or when you walk out! The building is close to the airport but away from the main town but still great if you don’t mind. The only thing was the walls are abit thin so you can hear people snoring, talking etc but other than that it was a great place to stay at, definitely recommended it!!

Beautiful property, enjoyed the heated floor in bathroom, the remote controlled toilet , fabulous views, spa was divine , fire places inside and out , so lovely. Staff were attentive except for one thing ! Couldn’t get our washing done , ended up washing my clothes and drying them thanks to the heated bathroom floor Food was lovely ; delicious scrumptious breakfasts & in room dinners were good (just average size dinner) Parking wasn’t valet as I’m sure i saw on the hotel preview but that’s ok

Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

Second stay in 3 months, ideally located 200-300m from Queenstown waterfront attractions, overlooking the lake. Staff are awesome, rooftop bar is a great hub for a quiet drink or two. Rooms are immaculate and being updated. Highly recommend

I was a bit disappointed that there were no shower caps or little extras that are usually readily available in hotels/motels. We also had a loud water pump going off every 30 seconds throughout our second night which was horrible. Instructions for the coffee machine would have come in handy too :( The beds were super comfortable though and the room was tidy and clean.
