"This is a great little hotel, lots of parking, easy to walk to shopping, the in hotel resturant offers a fabulous breakfast and dinner. The hotel its self is clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the area is quiet and easy to get to. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and as a whole our stay there was relaxing. The home is exactly as described, full of character, charm and history, yet containing the modern conveniences that ensure one’s comfort. (Fantastic shower pressure and temps and consistent wifi!) a big plus: an accessible ground floor bedroom with accessible shower room. (Note, there is one step to enter the home). The horses, dogs, and the bunnies that romped in the garden during the early mornings and in the evenings added to our delight with the place. Finally, a word about the location: perfect! In a quiet country setting, within a three-quarters of an hour of any attraction we were interested in exploring: Blarney Castle and Gardens, Cork City, Cobh, Fota House & Gardens and Fota Wildlife Park. "
