But in general all staffs in the restaurant, housekeeping and bellboys are very professional. I will recommend this facility to my friends in the U.S who wish to visit BXU. I was a little bit disappointed in our 1st day of stay but it turned well for the rest of our stay. The staff are wonderful and accommodating, the pool is beautiful and clean. Staff was receptive and helped find our room. We had everything you would expect at a hotel room although there was no hot water but this common for the region. Pool are was very nicely done and great area to hang out. I was pleasantly surprised with breakfast that came with our room. Very tasty and plenty to choose from. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were good. Location was not too far from two new malls.
