“High-end hotel with tremendous service from the staff. At only ~$500 for an upgraded executive room for 3 nights, the value is extremely good. I highly recommend them for anyone traveling to Kigali. ”

“This property has potential but needs improvement in several areas. The staffed were friendly. The breakfast lacks variety, as it only includes one tea, one slice of bread or chapati, and one fruit. Additionally, mosquito nets are not provided unless you ask for them. With a few improvements, the experience could be much better.”

“Very low water pressure in the shower and no hot water except sometimes intermittently with cold water. The venue is at best 2.5 stars. Staff are very hospitable and caring but unfortunately some don’t speak English well enough and communication is lost in translation. The breakfast is poor and no point in saying it is included with the room. The WiFi doesn’t work. The food is Ok. The menu is very limited and best you dine somewhere else. The room is nice and clean.”

“Room was nice and staff were lovely. This hotel is a massive operation. It’s loud and busy and chaotic. Food was ok in the Italian restaurant. Breakfast was mediocre-some of the worst croissants and cheeses I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast buffet. Truly awful. If this is the kind of thing you like-it’s perfect. Otherwise-it’s not worth the money.”

“Airport shuttle is convenient especially for early morning flights. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are clean and big. The hotel restaurant offers delicious food. Great value for one night stay that is close to the airport.”
