The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015, is a terraced house furnished in a rustic and typical local style. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Baby cot available on request.


Location
Buzet, district Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm enclosed garden plot and water plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The whole property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone cottages. The facility is suitable for families or for a larger group. The objects IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, rubble or gravel). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. Gravel road only in place because it is under the protection of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia-cultural monument and must not be asphalted.

Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (induction stove, ceramic hob, 4 plates), fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
