“The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. “Ich möchte auf jeden Fall zwei Aspekte ansprechen, die verbessert werden sollten. Erstens wäre es sinnvoll, die Matratzen zu erneuern, um den Gästen einen besseren Schlafkomfort zu bieten. Zweitens ist der Speisesaal, in dem alle Gäste zusammenkommen, oft überfüllt, sodass es schwierig ist, einen Platz zu finden.
