“Great location and vibe”

“The weirdest place I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t stay there. I thought it looked like a quick and cheap choice for a property with a bar, but there was nothing like that there. It was pretty hood, too. Say hello to the blondie who I asked if there were any toothbrushes, and of course there were not any toothbrushes, available. Oh, well, Thank God I found mine, and hello to the woman who walked me over to the Sheetz! Odd stay… I just really did not like the staff… extremely rude! I had to hit the……

“It is not a place for those with disabilities. I use a walker. No one could help me with my luggage. I had to walk up a very long ramp to get into the building to check in. Then I couldn’t open the door to get into. I was instructed to park behind the building and I was given a room next to last from the entrance. I wasn’t told I could park in front and go in that door. Parking was 15 check-in only but for handicapped you could park there.”

“This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.”

“TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done.”
