"Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. "The property was perfectly located near the Vegetable Market. Close to shops, dining options and tram services. Negative aspects included communication from reception, WiFi constantly dropping out as it was hotspotted from hotel downstairs and due to poor wifi access was unable to access apps on TV's. "

"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"The appartement was very nice, cosy and clean, and in a new building. It was fully equipped, including breakfast food (cereals, milk, etc.). The location was also a great asset, as it was close to the bus and train station, to a shopping mall as well as to the city center. In addition, the lady, who greeted us, Lenka, was really nice and helpful, and provided us with many good recommendations on what to do in Brno and its surroundings."
