Right in the heart of Yerevan.Very close to everything.Nice restaurants and cafes around. Clean, cozy and very spacious apartment. Has all the kitchen utilities. The staff is very helpful.Stayed with 2 toddlers and didn’t have any difficulties. The only down part is the entrance of the building is a bit tricky. Had troubles finding it at first. Would definitely stay here again.

Very poor service, you have to beg to come for cleaning the rooms! Old bedding and towels! The corridors are always full of huge black plastic bags full of unwashed laundry!
