We recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share a few concerns from our visit.
Unfortunately, our experience was disrupted by an unexpected fire alarm that went off in the middle of the day while we were sleeping. The alarm continued for an extended period, and the loud, sudden noise was particularly difficult for my husband, who suffers from tinnitus. This caused him considerable discomfort.
Additionally, we reported to the front desk on Saturday morning that the body wash dispenser in our bathroom wasn’t working. We were told that someone would be up right away to fix it, but despite following up with three phone calls, no one ever came. We had breakfast reservations and ultimately had to shower using shampoo instead.
We also had trouble with the room temperature. Despite adjusting the thermostat multiple times, we couldn’t get the room to cool below 65 degrees. The heat made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably, particularly at night.
We want to emphasize that we truly love your hotel and have stayed with you three times a year during our visits from Chicago. We already have another reservation coming up on September 5th. However, we hope to hear from a manager regarding the issues mentioned above and how they might be addressed for future stays.
