We had 4 pieces and the room was not equipped with space to put all of the pieces and no luggage racks. I guess larger rooms are on the ground floor. Very difficult to carry large suit cases up the stairs too. We found the bed very comfortable and the room was very quiet. We slept well after flying 30hrs from India. The room is pretty much exactly as in the pictures, just the tiles in the bathroom have seen better days. Communicating through the expedia messages did not work for some reason but I was able to talk to the "receptionist" in person when she was there or through the phone number that was provided. My room was on the ground floor, so I could unfortunately hear almost every time when someone arrived or left. The hotel rooms are smallish but comfortable with a huge bed and larger than normal bathroom. The staff was available for a few hiccups we had and answered quickly. ( the automatic lock on the door stopped working one morning due to the battery, but it was rectified in a timely manner.) What is nice is there is a kitchen you can use and common seating areas inside and out, we didnt use it much but its a nice feature. There is a fridge in the room as well. The bed was very comfortable. We didnt use the jacuzzi so cannot comment on it. Despite hearing nightclub music on the weekend after closing time its very quiet.
