Very nice hotel for relaxation.
Amazing hotel in the middle of nowhere. Such a surprise when you see it after a 15-20 minute bumpy drive from Chivey. Staff were extremely friendly. Food was very good. Nice bar. No gym, but Spa services and pool. It was a beautiful stay.

Countryside Hotel
We hiked to pre Inca Uyo Uyo Archaeological Site. At the end of hike we had relaxing time in a hot springs. Also, we enjoyed Wititi dances by beautiful girls in a Plaza de Armas of small town.

Great hostel in Yanque valley
The host is super helpful - helped us arrange tours of the Colcha Canyon, ongoing travel to arequipa etc. Showed us the walks in Yanque valley and was generally a star. The area aroung Yanque is stunning; the village itself is a bit ramshackle, but genuine. The food (Breakfast and evening meals) served at the hostel were all delicious. Basically if you're considering Yanque or Chivay as your base for Colcha then stay here. Loved it.

Get away from it all!
Stayed 4 nights and loved the peacefulness. Were there in Feb and were happy to be there when everything is lush and green with lots of flowers and birds. We love nature and this was a great place to chill.

Nestled in the gorge of the Colca
The hotel worked really well for our family. The family suite had amazing views and space for children and adults. While in the thermal bath the pet baby alpaca came by watch to the children's delight. We enjoyed meals and found the staff friendly and accommodating. Finding hot water bottles in our beds was a delight.

Good hotel with a good view
Very slow internet connection. I couldn't even check my emails and check the maps on my phone to go around. i had to use my cellular data.

Amazing place in Colca Canyon
Rooms are very nicely decorated, comfortable, all around a garden. The French hosts are extremely friendly, very helpful. We also booked a horse riding excursion to the Uyo-Uyo ruins: absolutely great!
We dined there and the food was very good, prepared by three talented 'mamas' in the opened kitchen next to the tables!
The main attraction is the... planetarium! one of the largest telescope of Peru allows to enjoy the southern sky perfectly clear at this altitude and with no lights around. Each evening, weather permiting, a tour is offered and everybody can enjoy watching the deep sky objects while being explained southern hemisphere astronomy.
Just perfect for the whole family!

Nice hotel. Beautiful views.
Rooms were nice. When we arrived, the hotel did not have any record of our reservation but they quickly fixed that. It was a shame the breakfast buffet changed each day, depending on how many guests were in the restaurant. We went from having a gorgeous buffet of food the first morning, to a few bread rolls by the third morning.
