"Pedro is a great host. The villa had everything we needed. Pool was lovely and having 3 showers was great. Easy access to all local beaches and coves. El Baul restaurant (2min walk away) is a must visit and very close Thanks you again Pedro, we hope to return ! "

"We had a lovely stay in Casa Ventura and the landloard was very friendly and organized so that we to had an uncomplicated check-in and check-out. The house has a wonderful garden with a pool and the inside perhaps needs a little modernisation as it sometimes smelled a bit musty. But compared to the price it was a very good accomodation and everything we needed was there."

"A modern spacious high standard villa with all the necessities. We stayed 3 weeks, me and my husband and our dogs. Our two boys with girlfriends were visiting us for a long weekend. The house is very comfortable and warm even in Mallorca winter season. Sunny location all day in February . Nice restaurant s and grocery stores in walking distance."

"El Capital in Cala Pi was a little slice of paradise! The location, the view, the beautiful decor, and the pool were all outstanding and made our stay in Mallorca very special. Peter was very helpful and accommodating, and we had everything we needed in the home for the most comfortable vacation. We’d love to come back!"

"Beautiful setting, stunning view and spacious property. Convenient bakery 5 minutes away. A place where you can just be and enjoy the setting but also close to Palma and amenities. Had a great stay. "

"The house is not as it seems on the website. firstly there is no view whatsoever. Only a small crowded terrace for eating outside with a view of an ugly fence. There are no restaurants nearby for eating with the exception of a not-very-good Pizza place on Mondrago beach. The swimming pool is not a swimming pool. It is roughly 1.8 meters - a plunge pool. "Nice modern and very clean apartment. The breakfast and diner buffet was a really good value. There are so many interesting choices of restaurants at the marina a few blocks away. My son lived the swimming pools, however most of the area is about 160 cm deep. The location was further from my favourite beaches however close to the beach next to the port. Very close to the boardwalk for an evening walk. Still close to everything in town as it takes at most 20 minutes to reach the furthest shoreline. The people at the reception are incredible. They also recommend a catamaran excursion which was a wonderful experience. I got to see the beautiful surrounding shorelines and beaches and swam in clear turquoise water. "

"Amazing resort with gourmet dining. Every single detail is very thoroughly thought through. Organization is top notch. Staff is carefully selected and well trained. Gorgeous grounds and extra exploratory activities with outside dining and sightseeing. Best resort we ever stayed at!"
