Surrounded by olive trees on a 3,000 sqm plot, it is the perfect setting for a peaceful countryside holiday, lulled by the song of cicadas, while remaining close to the French Riviera. This 6-room villa offers 200 sqm of living space spread over three levels and is fully air-conditioned. The living room, featuring a decorative fireplace, is an ideal place to relax and opens onto a comfortable dining area. The kitchen, with its central island, is fully equipped to prepare and share convivial meals together. A practical shower room with a washing machine is located on the ground floor. Designed to provide a high level of comfort, the villa combines the charm of traditional architecture with modern amenities. The sleeping area accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant sense of privacy for everyone. Bedroom 1 (Upper floor): Double bed 160 cm, skylight, shower and washbasin. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable, felt very much at home. Area is very nice and easy to get to other villages and towns, although road up to the villa is very narrow, was unexpected and a bit of a shock but we got used to it. Supermarket and bakery is 5 minutes drive away.
