Loved the place. Location was perfect, close to everything. Staff was great. No parking but a parking garage is a 5min walk away. Will stay again when I go back

The staff was AMAZING. Hector, Melony, Michael, EVERYONE was amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay exquisite and make sure we were comfortable. They even helped us find some fun restaurants and have other great advice. The rooms were also amazing, in my opinion it's the perfect room for a small family. Had a large comfortable bed and 2 pull out couches. Everything was perfect. Thank you Melony, Hector, Michael and the GM, and all others who make up Hotel Puerto Valdés. A beautiful place I'll never forget

For the price per night it’s excellent.
Do not expect luxury and modern rooms of hotels that charge 300-500 a night.
If you want a goood location near shops, beach, and nightlife. This hotel is great.
Very good breakfast and ice cream spot as part of the hotel, and accommodation by the staff is excellent.
Rooms could be slightly more updated - but again, for the price per night - it’s a score!

Room was spotless. Staff was extremely courteous. Many amenities. Three pools, 2 beach areas (including one adult beach area). Several bars and restaurants to choose from. Was first Class. Plus it is in a great location.
