"The place was clean and as expected, there’s 1 AC in the living room but it cools the entire apartment so it’s more than enough. The place is really close to all the clubs and bars, maybe 5 minutes in a taxi/uber/scooter. Across the street is a scooter rental place and rentals are cheap which makes it easy to move around. "The host was really nice and friendly however the property in itself was a big let down. The shower was broken and was clogged the fist bath and the bathroom was prone to flooding. The building is very poorly build and have very thin walls . You can hear the neighbours very loudly and the kids struggled to sleep at night. If the main door of the building closes, you can hear and feel the vibrations on the 3rd floor and the main door shakes. The hair dryer attached to the power was non...

"Similar to other PHG locations where we've stayed, the experience was solid. Staff were friendly (always a bit busy!). Special.thabks to the front desk who REALLY helped us in a crisis after we left our passports in the room safe by mistake. The condition of the property (maintenance-wise) was below expectation for a resort of this caliber. Small things like the toilet paper dispenser coming off the wall in the main lobby restroom, or hasty patches on common-area blemishes. The TV in the room was effectively useless due to no local channels and no wifi connection. But hey, we didn't come to Ibiza to watch TV! Worth noting, a stay of 3 nights only entitled us to 1 specialty restaurant booking. I don't recall this being very clear up-front. And the only way I found out was because the reservation system was glitching (rather than simply informing us of the restriction). Overall pleasant stay!"
