"Pros: The apartment was bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was so lovely to have the balcony for the evening time! Marina was the most helpful and friendly host."

"Pros: The location was ideal, Wifi was good, and Marina the host was excellent. Cons: Parking was difficult, and there are 45 stairs to the apartment we rented which was a problem for us, especially when carrying shopping, but we are in our 70’s and this wouldn’t be an issue for younger people."

"It was a great property and I got to meet some of the sweet family that runs it and they are awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure the apartments are as they should be. It's close to so many great beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. We hardly used our rental car. We really appreciated the air conditioning! The kitchen had the basic necessities and was great for a short stay. "

"Pros: Views, proximity to beaches and restaurants, really cute apartment! Cons: Water pressure, but I think that was just the way it was built. At one point the city lost water. Also note it is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators."

"Estuvimos alojados en Sa Franquesa Vella, cerca de Manacor y nos ha encantado! El lugar es tranquilo, limpio y precioso. La piscina y el entorno geniales, son pocas habitaciones con lo que siempre hay sitio en la piscina. Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario y el personal es muy atento y agradable, aunque el alojamiento no cuenta con recepción, están pendientes de sus huéspedes."
