“The house was just as described in the listing on Vrbo- spacious and clean with beautiful views of the island from the top of the tower. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen. It was well stocked with any items you may need. The pool was kept clean and was great for a quick dip. Another perk of this property is the proximity to Cala Santanyí. After only a 10 minute walk, we were able to walk to the most beautiful beach I have ever been to with crystal clear waters as well as an area to jump……

“What the owner is not telling you is that there is a fabulous roof terrace with a spectacular view over the wonderful landscape. A perfect place to enjoy the first cup of coffee or whatever drink in the evening. The house has a lot of space - you can throw your suitcases in the middle of the rooms and still you won't notice them. The natural pool is a meeting point for all kinds of birds - we even saw black kites drinking and hunting in the garden. You have full privacy - no neighbours, no……

“Die Finca ist in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Die Reinigung ist miserabel. Zudem müsste in neue Möbel (völlig verdreckte Esszimmerstühle) investiert werden. Es gab auch keinerlei Reinigungsmittel im Haus. Nur einen alten, verdreckten Besen. Es gab keinen „Handzettel“, was man zu beachten hat. Es kam jemand vorbei - ohne Voranmeldung - und gab uns Instruktionen auf Spanisch.”
