"They had an outstanding staff, including a very impressive and skilled entertainment team (shows both kids and adults activities). Their friendliness, talent and energy made all the difference. Also, the spa and spa team were five stars. Our family had a great holiday, largely thanks to the hard working and friendly hotel staff."

"The Villa is in a great, quiet location, easy walk to a couple of beaches, close to local supermarkets for your essentials and a few restaurants. The Villa had everything we needed, very clean and as described in the itinerary. We were met by Corinna who explained all the facilities in the Villa and advised where everything was locally. She was available throughout our stay and responded to any requests immediately. The third bedroom can only be accessed through another bedroom which is great if you have young children, we were a group of 4 adults with a 3 year old and a 4 month baby. Everything was provided for the children with a high chair and travel cot with all the bedding, there was also buckets, spades and a few toys the children could use. The pool is fabulous with steps into it, part shaded which is ideal for the strength of the sun. The Wi-Fi was fine for everyday use but not strong enough if you wanted to live stream anything. There is cable tv but you can only get German channels on it. Porto Cristo is a nearby lovely town and definitely worth a visit with lots of restaurants. There is a local regular bus service, we hired a car as we were a large group which we found really useful to get to the big supermarkets and visit local attractions. I would definitely recommend this villa and would book this again. A fabulous holiday had by all of us"

"We stayed with our 2 young children and the house was perfectly sized and equipped for our family. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the walking path along the ocean to the other side of the beach. We had difficulty finding the Casita as we arrived late at night but the owner was thankfully very responsive and helped us navigate, even though I had to message them very late. Be sure to thoroughly read the instructions manual before driving over as it carefully details how to navigate there. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay."

"Room was nice, a good size, and effective fans and aircon. Beds and pillows were not comfortable, but get enough drinks down you, and you won't mind so much. Rooms were cleaned 5 out of 7 days and the cleaners do a good job, and were mostly friendly. They do, "barge-in" on you if you are in, but was amusing and not intrusive really. Overall food was good, lots of variety. Local dishes were great, fish and meat was hit and miss, but there was always something delicious to be had, for each meal and on each day, with enough variety to keep it interesting. Kitchen staff friendly. The main pool, and kids pool, bar and general layout of the outdoor communal areas, are perfect, always a comfortable spot, where you can keep an eye on the kids, yet still relax. Much better than our expectations. The dining area, inside and out on the balcony, are great, although inside it was bordering on too hot, with no apparent fans or aircon, making dining uncomfortable. The kids entertainment was fantastic. The young lady that led the kids activities was superb, and the aqua aerobics each day were fantastic. All the entertainers were amazing and deserve pay-rises! Only gripe was with the other staff, bar and dining. With the exception of the bald guy with the tattoo of a rubric cube, and one other, the rest seemed to resent guests being there. Were apathetic at best, but bordered on angry. I get it was hot, we were relaxing and they were working, but it made things a bit uncomfortable!"

"The hotel is lovely, v.clean, rooms adequate for a 3*. There are 4 pool areas, always found sunbeds and chairs to sit on. Splash pool is great, our toddlers loved it. Kids Club looked fab 10-2 (age 4 upwards) they did lots of activities & staff energetic. All Slushies/soft & fruit juice drinks/tea coffee/ice creams all help yourself throughout the day. Alcohol all seemed ok and true to flavour. Plastic cups are provided but bring your own lidded closable cup/bottle as there are thousands of wasps around all the pool areas. We did get stung and was constantly watching out for the kids so could never enjoy a drink/ice cream without being swamped by them so be warned! Food truly was bland, there was always a dish we could eat but no real taste to it especially dinner time. Breakfast was usual fry up/cereal/cold meats/pastries/fruit etc so all good there and lunch was same as dinner (i know its a 3*) Dining room is free for all, get there early to get a table as plates are not cleared away until you leave so they pile up on your table (only 3 staff doing the clearing so you wait around to get a cleaned table). Room cleaned/towels changed everyday v.happy Evening entertainment area to small for no. of guests - variation each night Shame Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, wish i researched more, walk to town centre with buggies took its toll as pavements v.uneven. Hotel rang for Taxis took ages & v.costly. Local bus ran hourly to 6pm I would not return to this area of Mallorca."

"We really recommend others to stay at this apartment close to Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. Nice apartment with all necessary equipment, good airconditioning and a really nice terrace to enjoy your meals. Minor downside is that the apartment is facing a big road with trucks and busses passing throughout the day. Otherwise, we would definitely love to come back."

"Arrived late in the evening, not what i expected. No A/C in the room, if not so late arriving would have turned around. For a 1 x night stay, not convenient car 1000m away offsite and room 600m from central bars. We went to bar, slow service 20 mins for a beer and wine. Room with fam did cool slightly during the night. Shewr bathroom excellent. "
