We stayed at Hotel Club 29 shortly after its opening, and had a wonderful experience.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a distinctive atmosphere and an excellent location on Passeig de Gràcia. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the pillow menu was a lovely touch, and the in-room coffee selection and welcome treats were much appreciated.
Breakfast was very good, with a great choice of eggs, bread, fruit and other options. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and a lovely outlook towards the terrace.
What made our stay particularly memorable, however, was the staff. The team was attentive, friendly and genuinely interested in making our experience better. Their willingness to notice the small things and go beyond the expected level of service was exceptional.
As the hotel had only recently opened, a few minor details could still be refined, but these did not detract from our stay. The quality of the hospitality was outstanding, and the team’s warmth and professionalism made a real difference.
I would highly recommend Hotel Club 29 to travellers seeking an elegant, comfortable boutique hotel in Barcelona. The property is beautiful, but its people are its greatest asset.
