The size & amenities in the apartment are impressive, and Lavino is readily on hand & will provide support & good advice, when required! "Savio was extremely helpful throughout. The rooms are basic but adequate. It is literally 20 paces from Calangute beach with great shacks. A stones throw from the busy centre of calangute. We did have electrical cuts everyday but there was work being done nearby and lamps were provided. Very clean and well maintained. If you go get some good directions from Savio as our taxi driver struggled to find it despite sat nav. Very easy to find once you are there."

"My friend and arrived at Kyle Gardens on Saturday 25/02/23 at 2pm, there were no one to greet us, the security guard did not speak English, after a couple of hours waiting in 31 degrees heat, someone finally came to see us, we later found out that a couple were still in our flat A1-03, dispite checking out is 11am.
