"Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maria and Daniel at reception, who made us feel very welcomed. We were offered a free 90 minute spa and enjoyed it. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel costing 20 euros, cheaper than what we were quoted by Uber. We managed to book the hotel shuttle back to the airport, costing 5 euros per person. Would have been better if the shuttle ran for a longer period of time instead of the very restricted time, and if the driver would help with the luggage. "

"This hotel was a perfect selection for us in Milan because of its close proximity to the train station. Which had trains, trams and buses that could go anywhere in the country. The hotel is quaint, the staff friendly, the room was nice and had a great shower. The breakfast had a very large variety of breads, fruits, eggs, bacon, and a number of lunch meat and cheeses. The coffee and cappuccinos were outstanding along with the breakfast staff. The hotel has a restaurant on the sixth floor with an excellent selection for dinner. "Clean, welcoming hotel perfectly located close to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. The restaurant offered simple , well made dishes. The shuttle service, on demand, was perfect."
