This place was great for my stay, I did had to check out early but they hold my stuff until I was done with my day and I was able to use the amenities while I was waiting for my train. The staff were super kind, helpful and respectful. I will definitely stay here again.

Very lose to the train station and subway station. Easy to get around and to most of Milan's tourists attractions. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

The staff were welcoming from beginning to end. They helped me with my train ticket, switching a date/time for me. The hotel could not be closer to the train which worked for me coming in with luggage I didn’t want to wheel far. They stored my luggage both prior to and after my stay to align with my train times. I walked to everything, though some walks were pretty long such as the duomo.

Great stay here for our family of four spread out over two rooms. Rooms were spacious, bright, cool in the 80-90 degree weather, and clean. Staff were friendly, nice common areas for relaxing. Steps away from Milan Centrale, trains, trams and metro made it ideal for getting around. Close to a variety of dining options as well. Ended up being a good pick for us.

Decent hotel conveniently located directly across the train station. Need a room card to go anywhere in the hotel which can get annoying. Bellman outside of the entrance door is very nice and helpful. There is a large room with lounge chairs to rest in with a nice atmosphere. My family and I went to sit down after purchasing some gelato down the road and was told we could not sit there unless we were purchasing drinks/foods. Literally every table was open in the room… man was rude. The additional cost for the breakfast is not worth it. Worst breakfast my family has ever had. Eggs were runny, food options were empty, hot food was cold.. not a good way to start your day off.

Clean, modern and dynamic hotel. Staff are very helpful, breakfast is great, and the rooms are new, well decorated and super clean. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if you need to be near Milano Centrale train station, but even if you just want to be near the centre as it’s a half an hour walk or a very short, direct metro ride.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Easy access to Central station and its facilities/shops but far away enough avoid noise/crowds and footfall. Hotel itself has nice modern, with some fun art here and there to add to a holiday mood. Buffet breakfast - great coffee, everything else fresh. Staff were friendly, helpful and unforced.
