“DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival, our check-in mail had not been sent. The phone reception does not speak English. The shower heads do not fit the handles at all on our room and the two other rooms our friends were staying at, were leaking in one room and there were signs of wood rot and mold in another. While listed as smoke free, the entire floor stank of smoke. When we put in a complaint after our stay, they first asked for photo evidence, then once we provided this for one of the issues……

“Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine.……

“La villa es muy bonita y el sitio es increible. Pero le falta mucha calidad. Para el precio que tiene, uno se espera algo cerca del lujo, no una sartén con el mango roto (tuvimos que cocinar sin el mango), una toalla rota y un poco sucia, pelos largos por la cama, el internet no funcionaba, el dispensador de jabón de manos roto, telarañas en el techo…Si es una cosa no pasa nada, pero son demasiadas.”
