This property has three bedrooms, with balcony, one of them with private bathroom equipped with bathtub. The large living room offers a comfortable area and access to a nice balcony with a superb sea view, where you can enjoy a coffee and relax in the good weather that is felt in this location. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a pleasant dining area. This apartment is inserted in a private condominium and offers access to the garden, the playground and the swimming pool. Building with elevator access to the apartment. Garage with parking available. Wi-Fi available in all areas. AREA This property is located in the Calheta area of Madeira Island, just a few minutes from MUDAS - Madeira Museum of Contemporary Art. Near this property you will find restaurants with typical Madeiran gastronomy, the Engenho da Calheta, bars, a supermarket and beaches. If you choose to go to the Funchal city, take the opportunity to explore the city and look for more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacation: cultural activities, radical activities, activities connected to nature... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). \- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance.
