"The Intercontinental provided an excellent experience. This was my first trip to Cali and the hotel was wonderful! It is located in the heart of the city and walkable to so many restaurants, discotechs, the historic district and the famous Calle del Sabor. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with our first room and when we asked for a resolution, the staff was so kind in helping us receive a new room immediately and they were absolutely lovely. We ate at the steakhouse and the Spanish restaurants and both were fantastic with wonderful food and service. Would absolutely stay here again when in Cali!"

"This is a very traditional hotel in Cali, and I absolutely loved the location. It's super convenient and feels safe, with many tourist attractions within walking distance, including the Cali River, La Plazoleta de Jairo Varela, El Gato, La Tertulia, and more. The Food is amazing, the welcome cocktail was delicious, their empanadas are a must-try, and breakfast was one of the best. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also have drivers outside the hotel who you can rely on to take you around the city or airport for a fee. The Rooms are very spacious and quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Overall I had a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cali."

"I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. Only thing i dislike this time around was that i was charged for coffee pods left in the kitchen without indication i had to pay for them. I suggest they add a note next to the pods so people are aware. Other than that, all was great."
