“I had a sudden change in travel plans and needed to book a hotel room during a layover in Bogota. I did so, but I messed up that booking and had to look again at the airport in Popayan after I landed late in the morning. Thanks to the very helpful staff at Hotel Boutique Confort Suites, I was in a perfect room by 1PM. The bed was comfortable, the suite well-stocked with coffee machine, glassware, shower supplies and quiet. It is mere minutes from the airport, close to a grocery store, and……

“They were unable to locate my reservation upon check in, 30 minute delay. I ordered food and I was never informed that my food came in; 1 hour later when I inquired food was at front desk cold. Breakfast service is horrible and food not well prepared. Overall I do not recommend this hotel, very poor experience ”
