“Was accused of smoking in the room when I know for fact, I did it and they kept my deposit because of that so I felt like they scam me on purpose. I don’t recommend.”

“When we came to check-in, the person on duty said he couldn’t give us the king size room we booked thru Expedia because a customer has asked to be put next to their friend’s room but they were coming the next day. So he gave us a dbl queen rm. The following night, there was so much noise in the hallway by our room close to 11pm. When I popped my head out the door, it was one of the front desk clerks yelling profanities about kids to allowed to leave the room. Needless to say, we barely slept……

“This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive.”

I left on June 26th she was trying to get me to pay additional 510.00 on June 26th I was asking questions and she was getting a attitude she took and told me I had to vacate, she also put a no trust passing on me. “The shower curtain in our bathroom was installed incorrectly making taking a shower a little tricky. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The couch in the room was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on. The "free" breakfast bar was disappointing. There were runny scrambled eggs. The egg container was half full of liquid (I assumed it was water). There was no meat selection. The previously frozen breakfast sandwiches looked very unappealing. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.”
