"We arrived the night of our check-in after a 6 hour drive to wait 45 mins at the front while they figured out where to put us since they said they were sold out of 2 bed rooms. I pre paid the reservation for a 2-bed room and they said they only had rooms with 1 bed available. Their excuse was that they had our room but it was ‘broken’.
