“Modern accommodation without much character, the access card didn't work, the only accommodation in my life that required online check-in beforehand, furniture very dirty, there was even blood on the sofa! The rest of the flat was clean, though. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, no washing machine or dishwasher.”

“We had an amazing time. The cottage was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was easy access to the beach and a beautiful view. It would be amazing if there was an outdoor sun lounger/ recliner to sit on to read a book or enjoy the view rather than a chair. We will definitely be back.”

“One shower for a house that can sleep 6 is not sufficient, especially when the drainage system was poor. Each shower session will flood the toilet, we had to line the doorway with towels. We can’t wash our hair and a simple shower will flood the shower tray. Water spill over the shower door threshold and we have to finish rinsing our hair at the laundry. The wash basin outside also clog up when we brush our teeth and simple washing up. We emailed our concerns but there was no acknowledgement or……
