Great property will definitely come back

Rooms were immaculate, breakfast was great every morning. Cleaning was strange. I place my bag in the closet and the maid cleaned that out. I put in the closet to be safe, it WAS NOT.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casco Viejo. I recommend purchasing the breakfast plan. The food was great. I enjoyed the area for walking. Not too far from Panama City.

Breakfast was great

We had a great stay overall. Our room was very large, spacious, and comfortable, which was one of the things we loved most about this hotel. When we first arrived, the AC was leaking. The hotel staff immediately offered to accommodate us and move us to another room, but we really liked the size of our room and decided to stay. They fixed the issue quickly and even provided us with a complimentary meal, which we appreciated. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is huge, with guests of all ages, and there was always visible security, which made us feel safe. The pool area was a lot of fun. There was always a great atmosphere with different music, food, and activities throughout the day. The free breakfast had plenty of options, and we especially enjoyed the Panamanian food both at the hotel and at local restaurants nearby. The location is excellent. You can easily walk to restaurants, KFC, Starbucks, liquor stores, and a 99-cent store that sells souvenirs right around the corner. The hotel also has souvenirs available for purchase. Being only about 20 minutes from the airport was very convenient, and Uber was inexpensive and made getting around easy. My only minor complaint was that some of the women working in the restaurant seemed a little snobby at times, although that may have just been my personal experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, great location, fun atmospher
