Parfait pour notre petite famille!

Great appartment but Vrbo location is inaccurate
Positive points - nice, modern, clean appartment with all amenities you could need, friendly host who was happy to assist where possible. Negative - The Vrbo location is inaccurate. Although the description says it is 1.5km from the port we didnt realise it would be such a hill to climb. The GPS vrbo location shows it as being central but it is beside La Villa Calvi hotel. Its not possible to see this when booking. If we had known we would have stayed elsewhere. The walls are very thin on the appartment so there is a lot of noise throughout the day.

Appartement bien situé sur les hauteurs de Calvi. Tres bon acceuil du propriétaire avec petit cadeau fruits et eau en guise de bienvenu. Idéalement pour visiter les villages pittoresques de la Balagne.

Super séjour de 3 jours à Calvi. Hôtes pleins de bonnes attentions à notre égard corbeille de fruits à disposition à notre arrivée eau plate et pétillante au frais. Logement fonctionnel il ne manque rien et très bien agencé pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Génial !
Très bon séjour à Calvi. La ville est pleine de charme, la région regorge de lieux à découvrir ( villages, paysages, plages...); le patrimoine est très riche. Isabelle et Paul nous ont formidablement bien accueillis ; ils ont été disponibles, de très bon conseil et d'une grande gentillesse. L'appartement a tout le confort nécessaire , il est propre, bien équipé et dispose d'une terrasse très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Erholsamer familiärer Aufenthalt in Calvi
Das Appartement war sehr sauber und hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, die für eine Ferienwohnung notwendig sind. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin zur Wohnung gelotst und herzlich mit Wasser und einem Obstkorb empfangen. Zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und einen Gastgeber, der mit der örtlichen Gastronomie verwurzelt ist. Isabelle spricht sehr gut deutsch und Pauls Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage oberhalb Calvis trägt sehr dazu bei, dass auch bei großer Hitze durch einen Luftzug erträgliche Temperaturen herrschen. Insgesamt ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge, Tauchen und Schnorcheln. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Calvi
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, nur Handtücher und eine Fußmatte für das Badezimmer haben uns gefehlt. Die Eigentümer waren nicht vor Ort, aber der Kontakt und die Schlüsselübergabe liefen einwandfrei. Die Terrasse ist nicht so ansprechend, wir haben sie deshalb nicht genutzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man eigentlich ständig Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung gehört hat, in der eine Familie mit drei Kindern lebt. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber man sollte das vorher wissen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt vom nächsten Supermarkt und 25 Gehminuten entfernt von Innenstadt und Hafen.

Ruhige Lage, aber nicht ruhig
Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung am Hang, etwa 20-30 Gehminuten von Strand, Hafen und Altstadt entfernt. Nach kurzer und freundlicher Begrüßung wunderten wir uns allerdings über die lauten Geräusch aus der benachbarten Wohnung, die den ganzen Tag anhielten und am frühen Morgen weitergingen. Unser Vermieter, den wir darauf Ansprachen, zeigte Verständnis und versprach zu intervenieren, danach wurde es etwas besser. Direkt neben der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine dauerhaft vermietete Wohnung, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Vor dem Eingangsbereich befinden sich etliche abgestellte Gegenstände, was den kleinen Sitzplatz vor dem Eingang nicht gerade gemütlich macht. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber bis auf die Decke auf dem Sofa, die wir sofort in die Waschmaschine gesteckt haben. Für die Endreinigung muss man 40 € zahlen, wenn man sie nicht selbst machen möchte (das hatten wir so aus den Bedingungen nicht entnommen ). Insgesamt ein etwas eigenartiger Aufenthalt, Calvi als Urlaubsort ist aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Bon séjour en famille à Calvi que nous ne connaissions pas. Logement propre et plutôt bien équipé, terrasse agréable. Emplacement à l'écart du centre ce qui favorise le calme. Seul bémol : les fenêtres de la chambre et du salon sont orientées à l'Est et pas de rideaux en plus des persiennes donc la luminosité du matin ne permet aucune grasse matinée ce qui est dommage quand on est en vacances !

Helle, angenehme und komfortable Unterkunft
Die Wohnung bietet viel Komfort, ist sehr luftig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Küchenbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig. Die Veranda bot Schatten und oft wehte eine leichte Brise, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere Isabelle hat uns viele gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir haben uns bei Familie Orsini sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche.

Très bon accueil par le propriétaire. Logement spacieux, très bien équipé, fonctionnel et très propre. Une corbeille généreuse de fruits frais, un paquet de biscuits corse, une bouteille de rosé corse également et un pack d'eau en cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Des aliments de première nécessité, des produits d'entretien sont également à disposition ainsi que le linge de toilette et les draps. Nous avons loué un scooter finalement, nous qui étions venus en avion, car le logement est situé plutôt à 9OO m de la plage la plus proche et 1500 m environ des restautants au coeur de Calvi. Et ça grimpe pas mal pour rejoindre la maison. Après, c'est tout à fait faisable à pieds aussi. Très bon séjour !

Schönes Appartement, nette Gastgeber
Der erste Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin (sie spricht sehr gut deutsch) war sehr freundlich und im weiteren Verlauf ebenfalls unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit Obstkorb, Wein und Gebäck begrüßt. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden, es war sauber und es war gut eingerichtet. Das Appartement ist etwa 20min fußläufig von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Terrasse ist zum Innenhof gelegen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Familie Orsini ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Apartment ist auf einer Anhöhe neben dem Hotel La Villa gelegen, mit dem Auto ist man schnell an den nahegelegenen Stränden und dem Zentrum von Calvi (3min). Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich inklusive Weber Grill auf der Terrasse. Das Wifi ist schwach und instabil, mobil war 5G verfügbar. Besonders hat uns das familiäre Umfeld gefallen, die Familie Orsini und eine weitere Familie wohnen im gleichen Haus, sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und familienfreundlich. Kommunikation war auf deutsch, da Frau Orsini sehr gut deutsch spricht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles war sauber, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. waren vollständig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage im Wohngebiet bietet Ruhe, dafür ist der Weg in die Innenstand ziemlich weit, zu Fuß 1/2 Stunde Das WLAN ist ziemlich langsam und unzuverlässig, mehrfach war es ganz weg. Im Garten gab es leider keine schöne Sitzmöglichkeit, man konnte auf der Terrasse sitzen, aber bequeme Möbel waren da auch nicht.

Un bon accueil avec corbeille de fruits bouteille de vin corse . Le logement est bien , lumineux et bien équipé. Un petit bémol mal insonorisé et à notre goût pas d’intimité même si le propriétaire et leurs filles sont sympa ( piscine du propriétaire en face de la baie vitrée et entrée de la maison du propriétaire côté terrasse )
