Nestled in the trees on the south border of the ranch with no nearby neighbors, 2.5 miles from the highway, the home offers incredible privacy and solitude. Included on the 60-acre property is a fenced enclosure for your horses. Horseback riding is welcome on the property and the 1600-acre, open space common grounds. The 2,000-acre private preserve also encompasses 3 miles of the Madison River, providing ample private fishing access, including 3 private ponds available for fishing to ranch guests. Sun West Ranch accesses expansive hiking trails, including the Levi Trail. Sun West Lodge is only one of a few private homes rented on the Sun West Ranch, providing a rare opportunity to experience truly wild country in a gorgeous setting. Wildlife viewing is excellent on the property, given the remote protected location and open views of the aspen-covered hillside to the south. BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The master bedroom suite on the main level, has a California king-size bed, a full bath with a tub and shower, an office with wifi, and private access to the East deck. The second bedroom suite located on the second floor, has a California King bed, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom three on the second floor has a Queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkbed room down the hall. The house has an expansive wrap-around deck facing east, south, and west with outdoor seating to accommodate your group. The fully outfitted kitchen has tiled countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator, a double oven, and a large island, with a downdraft cooktop. The dining room is quite elegant, framed by full glass windows overlooking the property. French doors provide access from the kitchen and dining room to the wrap-around deck, a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset with friends and family.
