Staff very friendly and accommodating. Inside room was ok but only luke warm water temp in shower in the morning. Also door lock was not great as difficult to lock. Room door was ajar upon check-in, aircon was off and no lights on. Welcome note on desk in room was addressed to someone else entirely. Bed was comfortable, but street noise was fairly loud as door directly faced Burger King drive through.

The rooms is super clean and the room is huge. The bathroom is not so renovated but its clean and full of toiletries. Everything you may need is there. Its close to everything mall, transportation. The front desk were so accomodating and the staff were so nice.

Such a pleasant stay! From such welcoming staff to great amenities to an awesome experience in the M club for the first time. We will definitely be returning to Clark Marriott. Thank you for such a great experience. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. Definitely an unforgettable experience.
