"The hotel was lovely, but it’s NOT a spa. There are no spa facilities. If this is the reason for choosing this hotel, you will be disappointed. It’s a long way to Naples as well.
On the other hand, the rooms are pleasant, the breakfast was fine, the staff were helpful and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. You may want a car, as it isn’t really a hugely walkable area."

"This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. "
