Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further, he did finally find us a king room on the second floor and begrudgingly took us up to look at it. It was decent and a bit cleaner, so we took it and stayed the night. Our stay was ok and the room was basically clean enough in the end. Perhaps it was a language barrier issue, but still a frustrating experience.

Both the exterior and interior of the hotel were clean and well kept. The front desk staff were friendly and acomodating. We left before breakfast, so we can't comment on that. Our room was very comfortable, and the temperature was easy to control. Highly recommend it.

It is a dated hotel for sure, but the bed was comfy and pillows weren't too bad. You get what you pay for and if you just want a bed for the night then its great for that. We didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that.

Nice clean hotel, looks recently renovated. One of the nicer Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at.

We stopped just for a night with our infant son and it was perfect. We loved the layout of the king suite as it allowed us to be in the back room near the bathroom and he could sleep in the living room and be undisturbed. A/C worked great, the room was very clean, the tvs were pretty big, and the fridge worked great. Breakfast was simple but good and well attended. The staff member at breakfast was very kind. We come through this area often and are excited to use the water park when our kid gets older. We did have some noisy neighbors above us, but after calling the front desk around 11pm, it settled down. This seriously was such a pleasant stay, we will definitely be back.
