"Received code to access the building from owner/manager via what's app. On arrival, entered main door and no lighting whatsoever. The entrance had a horrible smell and musty sense. Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. We booked somewhere else at a much cleaner hotel"

"My family was so impressed by this stay. We had a balcony yhat faced the padre Pio turret. Incredible at night .very nice religious touches throughout. Parking is in a public area and there is walk through incereible village. Will stay again."

"The property is gorgeous and is located in a beautiful Spot where you have a perfect view of the Culture rich in History Castle and Tower of Montesarchio so that gets a 5 the owners are very polite and nice but it’s a 1 year old business with still some tricks and knicke that need fixing such as the electricity we had a space heater it worked good for one day I was also respectful enough to everytime I used to turn it off bc being an Italian native the weather changes drastically from night and...

They were generous with their time for recommendations and had time for stories as well as allowed us to leave our bags in the main lobby when we had to wait for a train. "Very nice, modern and clean. In all honesty better than the supposed 4 star hotel we stayed at the week before. The room is on the 4th floor without elevator. So be prepared. But we loved it. Highly recommended. We were traveling with our 6 year old, the Smart TV was a great feature and we were able to watch Netflix and keep our son entertained. "
