“Power failure first night. Generator didn’t kick on automatically. Paul came an hour later and made work.
The pictured property is not exactly what you find out. Gives the wrong impression. Must be an old pic.
The area is too noice at night.
One of the dining chairs was broken.
No trash bags available. Sofa was stained. A/C was in good working condition. Back yard had some trash. The house needs some LTC. The curve side should be more appealing. House definitely needs a facelift.
