The room was clean and new. The location is convenient. There is very little support from staff - we had to wait 30 mins to check in, and 30 minutes for someone to come and checkout even though they told us to give them a heads up before check out.

So; all the previous reviews were decent enough. And they were not wrong. Location is simply excellent, but let’s not distract this from the hotel experience - it was first class, a genuine 5 star experience and subsequent review. Check in was super, the room was as described (slightly smaller than I expected, but probably because I didn’t read the description carefully enough!) and the sky bar was absolutely great. Worthy of note was the breakfast - the selection would put the majority of other 5 star hotels to shame. I genuinely didn’t expect it to be that amazing. I won’t spoil the surprise, you will find out when you stay there. I don’t often write reviews, but this hotel deserves this review. I would absolutely recommend to all, it was a super experience and made our stay in the city even more memorable. First class from start to finish. A special mention to Katie, (I guess the front desk manager) who was just so welcoming and an accolade to the hotel.
