Canaseraga (2 miles down the road) has a local market on the weekends, wildlife and taxidermy shop, gas station, small grocery, and a coffe shop/cafe. Sunrise is also perfect as a cozy retreat on a rainy day or snowy winter's night. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen for eating in, propane heat and wood stove, electric, indoor plumbing, full bath, and potable water with excellent Verizon cellular signal. See you soon! The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. The cabin was neat and clean. The view is spectacular. We were surprised that the TV would only work if we had a streaming service and since there was no internet our phone's hotspot had to work to get the streaming. Ours didn't work well enough so no TV. But the location was such that not having a TV wasn't too big a deal since most guests would relax, unwind and "disconnect".
