The chalet is located just 30 m from the famous Sella Rona ski circuit that leads over four mountain passes. The chalet therefore serves as an excellent base for easy trekking journeys, long mountain excursions, or adventures in the Sella/Pordoi or Sassolungo groups, whether free-climbing, cycling, alpine skiing, or paragliding. There are a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and other shops 20 minutes (13 km) away by car in the village of Cercena. Belluno Airport is a 1 hour 40 minute (83 km) drive from the property.
