Great place to stay, location is great amd the 2brm, 2 bath suite was very comfortable. Property is a bit tired and needs a good update. Cleanliness needs a bit of attention, but when the issue was raised with reception, they got on to it straight away. Lakeside view was amazing.

Location location location

A wonderful stay in a hotel with three key factors - location, location and location. From the view over Lake Burley Griffin, to walking distance to cafes and restaurants, and a short Uber to all of the sights, the BreakFree was fantastic. The room was excellent and had all required amenities for two couples to stay.

Apartments looking tired with dated shower in need of revamp especially. Yes currently surrounded by construction but didn’t bother us. Still a great location for quick travels around city sights. Staff average along with rooms. Convenient parking onsite.

The support was fantastic and the 2 bedroom unit was huge with amazing views. Some road noise at night but all in all it was a great place. Very few places open for dinner nearby but that’s not on the venue. Thank you for our stay.

Property is very dated and poorly maintained. Our room was not very clean. It was very hot in the room when we arrived and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. The remote control had jam(?) smeared over it and the other remote had flat batteries. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t work. The bathroom was very old, the shower head was so low that I couldn’t stand underneath it. No powerpoint access to one side of the bed even though they sat a lamp on the table. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty.i wouldn’t stay here again. Very expensive for a very basic room.
