After contacting them across platforms and calling them we were still left stranded in Canberra over an hour after check-in. The property manager hadn't checked the gym key was there and refused to provide one (even tho it was in perfect working order). I asked for a discount on the rate, they refused. Communication overall was challenging, I also received text messages for other guests staying in their other properties.
