“Due to booking on line for some reason it had a different hotel name on the booking so took ages to find. The picture on the front of the add is a local pub so for me false advertising and confusing. Friendly lady that looked after us but was not part of the reception team. ”

“We had a good stay at the Flounders Lane Apartment. The only downside to our stay would be the lack of comfortable seating for a family of 4. There is only one small 3 seater couch, so one of us always had to sit on the floor or in a dinning table chair. I would also recommend watching the parking instruction video before you park.”

“ i was charged $100 because a window blind cable fell off the blind. Easy repair with a ladder which i did not have. ”

“Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place.”
