What truly stood out was the service. Everywhere I went, I was greeted by name, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. I especially want to mention the gentleman who checked me in—I regret not remembering his name, but he went above and beyond, offering great tips about Montevideo and always greeting me with a warm smile. I also enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the meals were consistently good. Combined with its excellent location, this made for a wonderful stay. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed the place was very clean. It was close to the shopping mall and many restaurants that you could walk to. The only suggestion I may have with this hotel is to get soundproof windows. You can pretty much hear whatever's going on on the street."
