“Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Facilities in room are excellent including mini fridge. Lovely little bar area and lounge. Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Best breakfast of anty hotel I have stayed in Fresh cooked to order and served to table. Evening meals available. Car park but if full voucher given for on street parking.”

“Excellent all round. Room was pleasant with very comfortable bed. Had evening meal and breakfast both of which were very good. Large open space nearby for dog walking. Staff very pleasant. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“Only stayed the night for me and my son, Martin was very helpful and very chatty, a really nice chap , very pleasant room perfect for the price and needs we had , great location and will definetly return there for London visits as it's about a mile from station too”

“Saban and Belinda were great hosts. They were very accommodating and paused their laundry so i could do mine between the two different legs of my trip. I neeed to make sure i had enough clean laundry as i would not have access ta any laundry facilities for the next 12 days. The room was nice, and perfect for a solo traveller.”

“Perfect friendly welcome from the lovely girl on reception, was transfered from a local crack den called Stifford Clays farm due to double booked so was so relieved to stay in such a nice hotel with friendly pleasant staff, would certainly stay here again”

“The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.”

“Very nice stay on this lovely boat! My parents had one of the double rooms and myself and the kids had the apartment. We were made very welcome by the owners. The boat was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kids also loved that there was a basketball hoop & football goal they could use. Everyone was happy. ”
